How can admin configure access rights for Polls feature within greytHR?

The Polls feature in greytHR's Engage module makes it easy to gather feedback within the organization. It allows smooth participation and ensures quick responses while keeping things confidential and transparent. 

As an admin, you must configure the access rights to control the actions and functionalities that users can perform for the Polls feature.

To configure access rights for the Polls feature within greytHR, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin portal, click the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens.

2. Select the required user role card and click the Edit icon. A page opens.

3. From the Category dropdown list, select Engage-Poll.

4. In the Search search box, enter Engage. A table appears and displays Engage Create Poll, Engage Delete Poll, Engage Download Poll Response, and Engage View Poll features.

5. Select the Read Access and Write Access checkboxes to provide access to the Engage feature.
   

6. Click Save to configure access rights for the Polls feature. A success message appears.
