The Feedback feature in greytHR highlights the improvement of an employee’s work experience. It promotes open communication and development within a confidential environment.
To configure access rights for the Feedback feature, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, click the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens.
Select the required user role card and click the Edit icon. A page opens.
From the Category dropdown list, select Engage-Poll.
In the Search search box, enter Engage Feedback. A table appears and displays Engage Feedback Delete, Engage Feedback Give, Engage Feedback Request, and Engage Feedback View features.
Select the Read Access and Write Access checkboxes to provide access to the Engage features.
Click Save to configure access rights for the Feedback feature. A success message appears.
