The greytHR Kudos feature empowers employees to express appreciation or recognition to their colleagues within the organization and share it with targeted groups.
As an admin, you must configure the access rights to control the actions and functionalities that the employees can perform for the Kudos feature.
To configure access rights for the Kudos feature, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, click the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens.
Select the required user role card and click the Edit icon. A page opens.
From the Category dropdown list, select Engage.
In the Search search box, enter Kudos. A table appears and displays Engage Create Kudos, Engage Delete Kudos, and Engage View Kudos features.
Select the Read Access and Write Access checkboxes to provide access to the Engage Kudos feature.
Click Save to configure access rights for the Kudos feature. A success message appears.
