Why is the manager unable to view the option Apply On Behalf in the ESS portal while applying for overtime on behalf of a team member?

Overtime is the additional hours an employee works beyond their regular schedule.

For the manager to be able to view the option Apply On Behalf, as an admin you must enable the Overtime Apply-Manager option.
