How can manager review employee’s letter request?

The document center houses important letters like appointments, address proof, confirmation, and increment letters for employees. It serves as a repository of essential information, policies, forms, templates, and documents required throughout their employment journey.


To review the employee’s letter request, the manager must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to To Do Review. The Review page opens.
  2. Under Letter, click Letter Requests. The Active tab displays all the pending letter requests that require your attention.
    Alternatively, you can navigate to 
    Home Review widget > Letter Request > Active tab.
  3. Click the letter request you want to review/accept.
  4. Click View Details to review your team member’s letter request details.
