The document center houses important letters like appointments, address proof, confirmation, and increment letters for employees. It serves as a repository of essential information, policies, forms, templates, and documents required throughout their employment journey.
To review the employee’s letter request, the manager must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to To Do > Review. The Review page opens.
- Under Letter, click Letter Requests. The Active tab displays all the pending letter requests that require your attention.
Alternatively, you can navigate to Home > Review widget > Letter Request > Active tab. - Click the letter request you want to review/accept.
- Click View Details to review your team member’s letter request details.
