How can PSP admin view and edit user information of any of their users?

greytHR Pro is a tool that enables the PSPs (Payroll Service Providers) to securely configure and log in to multiple greytHR accounts of clients with a single click (SSO).

The PSP admin can view and edit user information for any of their users. This includes the ability to change the Name, email, Role, Manager, Mobile number, and address details.

  1. From the greytHR Pro account login, go to Teams. The Teams page opens.

  2. Select  Manage Team. A list showing the details of users appears.

  3. Click the Edit icon available on the user details whose details you want to edit.

  4. The Edit User page opens. Edit the information you want to update.

  5. Click Update to save the changes.


Note: Similarly you can click on the View icon available on the user details whose details you want to view.
