How can greytHR PRO users track and complete milestones using Workcenter?

Workcenter integrated into greytHR PRO allows users to monitor and manage milestones for multiple clients throughout each pay period. 

greytHR PRO allows Payroll Service Providers (PSPs) to securely manage multiple client accounts through a single-click Single Sign-On (SSO).


To track and complete the milestones, the greytHR PRO users must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Pro account, navigate to Workcenter. The Workcenter page opens.

  2. From the month dropdown list, select the month for which you want to complete the milestone.
    Note: After you select the month, you can view the UpcomingDue TodayOverdue, and Completed milestones for the selected month. 

  3. From the Assigned Client column, select the required client and click View Details. The Milestone pop-up appears.

  4. Select the required milestone and from the Select completion date dropdown calendar, select the completion date.

  5. Click Save. A success message appears.

  6. In the Add a comment textbox, add a comment for reference. You can also edit or delete the comment.


         Note: In greytHR PRO, access to Workcenter details is role-based:


  • PSP admins can monitor milestones for all clients.

  • PSP associates are limited to viewing only the milestones assigned to them.

  • PSP managers can access milestones assigned to them as well as those of their team members.
