When a PSP admin sets up a Pay Policy for a client, the information auto-populates key details during the payroll scheduling process for that client.

greytHR PRO allows Payroll Service Providers (PSPs) to securely manage multiple client accounts through a single-click Single Sign-On (SSO).


Here is how the Pay Policy information is used in the Payroll Scheduler:


  • Pay Day: Automatically determine when the salary disbursement milestone should be scheduled in the calendar.

  • Pay Frequency: Determines how often payroll milestones will repeat in the calendar, guiding the regularity of pay cycles.

  • Off Days: Marks days in the calendar when payroll activities do not take place, helping you avoid scheduling payroll on non-working days.
