Yes. The admin can restrict employees from applying for permission if they have not completed the minimum work hours by setting the minimum work hours required for an employee to apply for permission. The Regularization and Permissions feature allows the employees to request advance permission before stepping out to visit a customer site or visiting a bank for some time.

To set the minimum work hours required for an employee to apply for permission, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal navigate to Workflow > Setup > Workflow Levels. The Workflow Levels page opens.

  2. Under the  Active tab, select the required card. The card expands.

  3. Click View Details. The General Settings form opens.

  4. Click Next. The Workflow Levels settings form opens.

  5. Click Next. The Workflow Policy settings form opens.

  6. Under the Apply Settings section, under Restriction Criteria, select the option Allow employees to apply for Permission only if the total work hours is selected hours.

  7. In Select min working hours update the required minimum hours.

  8. Click Save Policy to update the changes.
