How can admin view employees’ permission details?

greytHR's Permissions module helps an employee apply for permission to step out in advance. This helps the employees avoid attendance regularization, and the manager can plan the work accordingly.

To view the employee’s permission details, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave Information Attendance Info. The Attendance Info page opens. 
  2. From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee whose attendance information you want to view. 
  3. Click the Calendar/Table button as per your requirements. 
  4. Under the calendar view, click the Permission tab. The tab displays the permission details such as Permission TypeAppliedApprovedConsideredApplied ByApplied On, and Remarks.
    The Calendar view displays the attendance details for a specific month in the form of a calendar. Each date displays information using legends. The page explains the legends at the bottom of the page. 
    : The permission details are available only when you process the attendance.
