Yes. The admin can restrict employees from applying for permission if they have not completed the minimum work hours by enabling the Restrict employees from applying for permission if total work hours is greater than zero hours option.

With the Regularization and Permission feature, employees can request advance approval for any official work. They can also use the Permissions feature to apply for regularization.

To restrict employees from applying for permission if they have not completed the minimum work hours, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal navigate to Workflow > Setup > Workflow Levels. The Workflow Levels page opens.

  2. Under the  Active tab, select the required card. The card expands.

  3. Click View Details. The General Settings form opens.

  4. Click Next. The Workflow Levels settings form opens.

  5. Click Next. The Workflow Policy settings form opens.

  6. From the Apply Settings section, Under Restriction Criteria, select the option Restrict employees from applying for permission if total work hours is greater than zero hours.

  7. Click Save Policy to update the changes.
