How can admin view employee leave calendar?

A leave calendar is used to track and manage employee absences and time off. It provides a visual representation of scheduled leaves for the entire workforce and employees can request leaves, and admins can approve or decline them using the leave calendar. 


To view an employee leave calendar, the admin must perform the following actions:

  • From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Leave > Main > Leave Calendar. The Leave Calendar page opens. 
  • The default Leave Calendar of the current month appears displaying the leave information of the employee in the calendar view. 
  • The blue field displays the number of employees on leave for that particular day.
