A leave calendar is a visual representation or schedule that displays the approved leaves of employees within an organization. It helps in tracking and managing the time off taken by employees and provides visibility to both employees and managers regarding leave availability and staffing levels.
To download team member's leave calendar, the manager must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to Leave > Leave Calendar. The Leave Calendar page opens.
- From the Filter Type dropdown list, select My Team.
- Click the Download icon to download your team’s calendar.
