How can admin extract employees' leave details of previous financial year?

The leave details of the previous financial year refer to a summary or report that provides information about an employee's leave utilization and balance during the preceding financial year.


To extract leave details of the previous financial year, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search search box, search for Leave Summary Report. The form appears.
  3. From the Year dropdown list, select the required year.
  4. From the Employee Type dropdown list, select the required employee type.
  5. Click Generate to extract leave details of the previous financial year.
