How can employee download organization's leave calendar?

A leave calendar is a tool or system that tracks and manages employee leave schedules within an organization. It provides a visual representation of employees' planned time off, including vacation days, personal leave, sick leave, or any other approved absences.


To download the organization’s leave calendar, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to Leave > Leave Calendar. The Leave Calendar page opens.
  2. From the Filter Type dropdown list, select My Organization.
  3. Click the Download icon to download your organization’s leave calendar.
