How can manager view their team's leave calendar?

A leave calendar is a visual representation of employee absences and time off within an organization. It displays scheduled leaves for individuals or the entire workforce, providing an overview of availability and staffing.


To view the team’s leave calendar, the manager must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to Leave > Leave Calendar. The Leave Calendar page opens.
  2. From the Filter Type dropdown list, select My Team. The page displays the leave calendar of your team.
