How can admin generate PF summary report?

The PF summary report gives an overview of EPF contributions by employees and employers. It includes total contributions, employee enrollment, and scheme updates. This report helps monitor EPF compliance, financial reporting, and employee benefits.


To generate a provident fund (PF) summary report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, search for PF - Summary Report. The form appears.
  3. From the PF Filing Location dropdown search box, search for the location.
  4. From the Group Order dropdown list, select the required transition type.
  5. Select Include employees who have left the organization using the checkbox, if applicable.
  6. Click Options to customize the report.
  7. Click Save to save the customization of the report.
  8. To generate a PF summary report, click Generate.
