How can admin generate PF Form 6A?

The PF Form 6A is a monthly report which gives a summary of Form 3A per employee. This report gives the total deductions done for each employee in a given PF Year.

To generate PF Form 6A, perform the following actions:

1. From your greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page appears.
2. In the search search box, enter PF - Form 6A. The PF - Form 6A - Consolidated Statement for Contribution Card page appears.
3. From the From dropdown list, select the required dates.
4. Select the All Employees/Selected Employees option as per our requirements.
5. Click Generate to generate the PF Form 6A.
