Form 10 is a resigned/left employee report which gives a summary of Form 10 per employee. This report gives the Date of leaving and Reason for leaving.
To generate the Form 10 report, perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page appears.
- In the search search box, enter PF - Form 10 Consolidated statement of members leaving PF. The PF - Form 10 Consolidated statement of members leaving PF page appears.
- From the Leaving between and To dropdown calendars, select the required dates.
- From the Sort Order dropdown list, select the required option.
- Click Generate to generate Form 10.
