How can admin generate Form 10?

Form 10 is a resigned/left employee report which gives a summary of Form 10 per employee. This report gives the Date of leaving and Reason for leaving.


To generate the Form 10 report, perform the following actions:

  1. From your greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports Reports Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page appears.
  2. In the search search box, enter PF - Form 10 Consolidated statement of members leaving PF. The PF - Form 10 Consolidated statement of members leaving PF page appears. 
  3. From the Leaving between and To dropdown calendars, select the required dates.
  4. From the Sort Order dropdown list, select the required option.
  5. Click Generate to generate Form 10.
