How can admin generate Absent Report?

Absent Report is useful to track the number of absent days in a specified period and provide details about the days when leaves have been applied and are pending for approval.


Generating the Absent Report at month-end allows the admin to have an up-to-date overview of employee attendance, track leaves taken, and update LOP days for payroll processing. 


To generate Absent Report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Absent Report. The Absent Report form opens.
  3. Select From dropdown list, enter the from date.
  4. Select To dropdown list, enter the to date.
  5. Select Order By drop-down list, enter the relevant option. Enable the check box "Include employees who have left the organization" if applicable.
  6. Click Options to customize the report.
  7. Click Category drop down list, select the required category.
  8. Enable Show Day wise Absent checkbox.
  9. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required format.

  10. Click  Save to save the customization.
  11. Click Generate to generate the claims reviewer info Report.

Note: The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
