An Attendance Consolidated Work Hours Report can provide valuable information about employee attendance, including details such as employees' present days, absent days, holidays, total weekdays, required hours, and total hours present. This report helps in analyzing and monitoring employee attendance patterns, calculating work hours, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Admins must ensure that the attendance is processed for the period before generating this Report.
To generate the Attendance consolidated work hours Report, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- In the search box, enter Attendance consolidated work hours Report. The Attendance consolidated work hours Report form opens.
- Select From dropdown list, enter the from date.
- Select To dropdown list, enter the to date.
- Select radio button All Employees or Selected Employees as per your requirement.
- Select Order By drop-down list, and enter the relevant option.
- Click Options to customize the report.
- Enable the required category from the category drop down such as Designation, Department, Attendance Scheme, etc. and enable the check boxes Show Average Work Hours, Show Average In-time, and Show Average Out-time if applicable.
- From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required format.
- Click Save to save the changes.
- Click Generate to generate the Attendance consolidated work hours Report.
Note: The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
