Employee Wise Consolidated Claim report allows the admin to generate reports based on different templates and provides consolidated details of entitlement, claimed, and balance.
Additionally, you can extract expense claim item-wise reports for a selected financial year, with the requirement that at least one claim transaction should be present in the chosen year.
To generate Employee Wise Consolidated Claim report, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- In the search box, enter Employee Wise Consolidated Claim report. The Employee Wise Consolidated Claim report form opens.
- From the Year dropdown list, select the required Year.
- From the Claims Template dropdown list, select the relevant template.
- From the Claims Item dropdown list, select the required item.
- Click Options, to customize the report.
- From the Category dropdown list, select the applicable category.
From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required format.
- Click Save, to save the updation.
- Click Generate to generate the Employee Wise Consolidated Claim Report.
Note: The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
