How can admin generate Consolidated Batch Wise Claim Details Report?

The Consolidated Batch wise Claim Details Report allows the extraction of claimed and approved details for a specific batch, based on the claim date. The report can be obtained anytime, provided the claim batch is accessible.

To generate a Consolidated Batch wise Claim Details Report, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
2. In the search box, enter Consolidated Batch wise Claim Details Report. The Consolidated Batch wise Claim Details Report form opens.
3. From the Claim Batch dropdown list, select the relevant month.
4. From the Claim Form dropdown list, select the relevant claim form.

5.  From the Claim Element dropdown list, select the relevant element.

6. Click Options, to customize the report.
7. Enable the check box Show Only Payout Pending Batch if applicable.

8. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required format.

9. Click  Save, to save the updation.
10. Click Generate to generate the Consolidated Batch wise Claim Details Report.

Note: The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
