How can admin generate Hold-Release Salary Report?

The Hold-Release Salary Report allows the admin to access data regarding the number of employees whose salary is on hold and the number of employees for whom the held salary has been released. 


This report specifically focuses on a particular month. You have the flexibility to generate this report at any time.


It's important to note that this report is available only after the salary processing is done.

To generate Hold-Release Salary Report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Hold-Release Salary Report. The Hold-Release Salary Report form opens.
  3. From the From Payroll dropdown list, select the required month.
  4. From the To Payroll dropdown list, select the required month.
  5. From the Type dropdown list, select the required option.
  6. Click Options to customize the report.
  7. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required format.

  8. Click  Save, to save the updation.
  9. Click Generate to generate the Employee Wise Consolidated Claim Report.

Note: The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
