How can admin generate Employee Wise Consolidated Claim Report II?

The Employee Wise Consolidated Claim Report II helps the admin to extract the overall amount claimed by the employees during the year for a particular claim item. The data is available based on the accumulation. You can also select all the templates in one shot.


To generate Employee Wise Consolidated Claim Report II, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, search for Employee Wise Consolidated Claim Report II.
  3. From the Year dropdown list, select the required financial year.
  4. From the Claims Template dropdown list, select the required template.
  5. From the Claims Item dropdown list, select the required item.
  6. Click Options to customize the report.
  7. Click Save to save the customization.
  8. Click Generate to generate the Employee Wise Consolidated Claim Report II.
