How can admin generate Income Tax - Form 16A report?

Form 16A is a vital document under the Indian Income Tax Act, issued by deductors to individuals from whom tax is deducted at source on income other than salary.  


To generate an Income Tax - Form 16A report, perform the following actions:

  1. From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Income Tax - Form 16A. The Income Tax - Form 16A form opens.
  3. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirement.
  4. Click Options to customize the report.
  5. In the Nature of Payment dropdown list, enter the type of payment.
  6. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the type of output of the report.
  7. Click Save to save the customizations.
  8. Click Generate to generate the Income Tax - Form 16A report.
