How can admin generate Income Tax Worksheet report?

An Income Tax report provides a comprehensive overview of an individual or business's taxable income, deductions, credits, and tax liabilities. It calculates the amount of tax owed to the government based on applicable tax laws.


To generate an Income Tax Worksheet report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Income Tax Worksheet. The Income Tax Worksheet form opens.
  3. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirement.
  4. Click Options to customize the report.
  5. From the Employee Category dropdown list, select the required category.
  6. Select Show Resigned Employees, if applicable.
  7. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the type of output of the report.
  8. Click Save to save the customizations.
  9. Click Generate to generate the Income Tax Worksheet.
