How can admin generate Income Tax - Monthly Statement report?

The Income Tax Monthly statement report summarizes taxable income, deductions, credits, and tax liabilities. It tracks tax obligations, ensuring accurate filing and compliance. Timely submission is vital for financial transparency and tax fulfillment.


To generate Income Tax - Monthly Statement report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Income Tax - Monthly Statement. The Income Tax - Monthly Statement form opens.
  3. From the Employee Category dropdown list, select the required option.
  4. From the Sort Order dropdown list, select the order of the report.
  5. Select the following, if applicable:
    1. Include employees who have left the organization
    2. Include zero income tax employees
  6. Click Options to customize the report.
  7. Click Include Contract Employees, if required.
  8. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the type of output of the report.
  9. Click Save to save the customizations.
  10. Click Generate to generate the Income Tax - Monthly Statement.
