How can admin generate Income Tax Liability report?

The Income Tax Liability report summarizes tax obligations based on income, deductions, and credits. It aids in understanding tax liability and ensures compliance. Accurate preparation and timely submission are crucial for fulfilling tax obligations and avoiding penalties.


To generate an Income Tax Liability report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Income Tax Liability Report. The Income Tax Liability form opens.
  3. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirement.
  4. Click Options to customize the report.
  5. Select Include Zero Tax Employees, if applicable.
  6. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the type of output of the report.
  7. Click Save to save the customizations.
  8. Click Generate to generate the Income Tax Liability Report.
