When an employee is unable to personally submit the leave application due to various reasons, such as illness, emergency situations, or unavailability.
To view your team’s letter requests, perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR ESS portal, navigate to To Do > Review. The Review page opens.
- Point to LETTER and click Letter Requests. Under the Active tab, you can view all the pending letter requests raised by your team.
Note: You can view the letter requests if you are an approver. If you are not an approver, your team’s letter requests are sent for approval to the approver.
