How can manager view teams’ helpdesk requests?

A help desk is a centralized support system that assists users with technical or operational issues they encounter.


To view the team’s helpdesks requests, the manager must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to To Do Review.  The Review page opens.
  2. Point to LETTER and click Helpdesk. Under the Active tab, you can view all the pending helpdesk requests raised by your team.
    Note:
     You can view the helpdesk requests if you are an approver. If you are not an approver, your team’s helpdesk requests are sent for approval to the approver.
