How can admin approve employee's leave encashment application?

Leave encashment is the practice where employees can exchange their accumulated paid time off (such as vacation or annual leave) for a cash payout. 


To approve an employee's leave encashment application, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Workflow > Monitor > Leave encashment. The Monitor: Leave page opens.
  2. From the List dropdown list, select Active.
  3. Open the employee's leave encashment application that you want to accept. The leave card expands.
  4. Click Accept. A success toast message appears. You have now accepted the leave application for the employee.`
