How can admin approve leave cancel application?

At times, employees may be unable to utilize the leave granted to them after applying due to various reasons. In such cases, employees have the option to cancel their leave application.


To approve an employee's leave cancel application, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Workflow > Monitor > Leave Cancel. The Leave Cancel page opens.
  2. From the List dropdown list, select Active. All the active applications displays.
  3. Point and click the application you want to approve. The leave card expands.
  4. Click Accept. A success toast message appears.
