How can admin reject employee’s leave application?

Created by Product Content Team, Modified on Thu, 19 Jun at 9:43 AM by Product Content Team

Rejecting a leave application means that an employer or HR declines an employee's request for time off from work. It may be necessary due to operational needs, staffing constraints, or other reasons.

To reject the employee’s leave application, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Workflow > Monitor > LeaveThe Monitor: Leave page opens.
  2. From the List dropdown list, select the Active option.
  3. Click the leave application you want to reject, and the application expands.
  4. Click Reject to reject the leave application of the selected employee.
