How can admin generate professional tax monthly statement report?

The professional tax monthly statement report summarizes tax deductions from employees' salaries. It includes employee details, taxable income, tax deducted, and adjustments. This report ensures accurate tax liability calculation and compliance. It aids in efficient tax management and reporting.


To generate a professional tax (PT) monthly statement report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. Using the search box, search for Profession Tax Monthly Statement. The form appears.
  3. From the Select Location dropdown list, select the required location.
  4. Select Include employees who have left the organization using the checkbox if required.
  5. Click Option to customize the report.
  6. Click Save to save the customization.
  7. Click Generate to generate a Professional Tax (PT) monthly statement report.
