How can admin map professional tax location?

Professional tax is a tax levied by some state governments on individuals engaged in various professions, trades, and employment. It is a form of direct tax that is imposed on the income earned by individuals practicing a profession or carrying out skilled or non-skilled work. To map professional tax location, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Settings icon > System Settings > Payroll > Profession Tax Location. The Profession Tax Location page opens.
2. From the Location column, select the required location. 
3. In the State column, double-click the selected location row, and from the dropdown list, select the required option to map the location with the appropriate state.
4. Select the Exclude From PT check box to exclude the professional tax locations from the professional tax.
5. Click Save to update the changes in the table.
