How can admin update professional tax remittance details?

Updating professional tax remittance details refers to the process of modifying or updating the information related to the payment of professional tax to the appropriate government authority.


To update the professional tax (PT) remittance details, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Payroll > Admin > Remittances. The Remittances page opens.
  2. Click the Prof. Tax Details card. The card expands.
  3. In the Bank text box, enter the required bank name.
  4. From the Date dropdown calendar, select the required date.
  5. In the Amount spin box, enter the required amount.
  6. In the Remarks text box, enter remarks if any.
  7. Click Save to update the professional tax remittance details.
