How can admin publish Form 16 to employees' ESS portal?

Form 16 is an essential document for employees which includes proof of income and TDS deductions.


To publish Form 16 to employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > admin > Form16. The Form 16 page opens.
  2. In the Publish Form 16 section, under the To Portal heading, click Pending to view the list of employees for whom Form 16 is not published.
  3. Using the checkbox available next to the Employee Name, select the employees for whom you want to publish Form 16.
  4. Click Publish to Portal, Confirm pop-up appears.
  5. Click Confirm to publish Form 16 to employees.
