Form 16 is an essential document for employees which includes proof of income and TDS deductions.
To publish Form 16 to employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > admin > Form16. The Form 16 page opens.
- In the Publish Form 16 section, under the To Portal heading, click Pending to view the list of employees for whom Form 16 is not published.
- Using the checkbox available next to the Employee Name, select the employees for whom you want to publish Form 16.
- Click Publish to Portal, Confirm pop-up appears.
- Click Confirm to publish Form 16 to employees.
