Why it is necessary for admin to upload the already generated Part A and Part B documents from traces into greytHR?

Part A of Form 16 includes information about the employer and employee, such as their names, addresses, and PAN (Permanent Account Number). Part B of Form 16 provides a summary of the employee's income, deductions, and tax calculations.


After Part A and Part B documents are downloaded from traces, greytHR helps the admin to complete the following tasks:

  1. Merge Part A & Part B. 
  2. Generate Form 12 BA & Annexure file.
  3. Sign the document digitally.
  4. Publish the Form16 document to your employees.
