Can admin sign part A and Part B document from traces?

Form 16 Part A contains a summary of income paid and tax deducted, whereas Part B includes a summary of the salary paid to the employee.


As an admin, you can sign Part A and Part B documents from traces. While downloading Part A and Part B from traces you will get an option to sign these documents digitally. 

Note: Once these documents are signed from traces, you cannot merge Part A and Part B on greytHR.
