The admin can download Part A from traces only for those employees for whom the 24Q was filed in the last quarter. If you want to generate part A for the zero TDS employees, you need to enable the option Suppress Zero Tax.
To enable the Suppress Zero Tax option, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Settings icon > System Settings > Form 16 Options. The Form 16 Options page opens.
- In the Preferences section, under Part B Configuration, select the Suppress Zero Tax option.
- Click Save to enable the option.
Once you enable the option, you can then include the employees with zero tax, in Form 24Q and perform eTDS filing for the last quarter.
