Why organization’s employee count does not match count on Form 16 page?

If your organization’s employee count does not match the count on the Form 16 page, that means the page is not displaying the Zero tax employees. 

To enable the Zero tax employees, perform the following actions: 

1. From your greytHR Admin login, hover on the 9 dots and go to Payroll > Admin > Form 16. The Form 16 page opens.
2. In the CURRENT SETTINGS card, click the Settings button. The form appears.
3. Under the Part B Configuration heading, select the Suppress Zero Tax option using the checkbox.
4. Click Save to enable the option.
