What are the features available in greytHR Wings Plan?
Some of the features that greytHR Wings Plan offers are Employee information management, HR reports, Configurable salary structure, Payroll processing, Payslip generation & distribution.

Is greytHR a Desktop-based or a Cloud-based application?
greytHR is a Cloud-based application. 

Is my data secure on greytHR?
Yes. We take pride in keeping our client’s data safe. We have implemented strong security policies to protect your data. We secure physical servers through multiple levels of access control. Our multi-tenancy architecture ensures complete isolation of customer data from other customers to avoid data leakage. We are also enforcing strong user access and password to ensure that your data is safe. All communications between your browser and the server are encrypted with high-grade 256-key SSL encryption. Is AMC available for customer support?
No. We do not have AMC option for greytHR customer support system.

Can we access greytHR from Mobile devices?
Yes. Employees can access greytHR application from the web as well as mobile devices.

Where can I read “Terms of Services” before uploading data to greytHR?
After you log in to the greytHR application for the first time, a pop-up with “Term of Services” will appear. You can read and acknowledge the “Terms of Services” in the pop-up. To log in to the application for the first time, use the credentials provided in the welcome email after purchasing the application.

Will I get assistance during the initial phase of product implementation?
Yes. Our team of experts will be available to guide you step by step via the In-App Chat & Support Ticket system. You will also have access to our product documentation.

If I do not want to use any feature of greytHR application such as Leave/Attendance, can I disable it post procurement of software? Will disabling any feature have an impact on pricing?
Yes. You can disable any feature or module after procuring the software. However, disabling any feature will not have any impact on pricing.
