When will I get the credentials to log in to the greytHR application?
You will receive the login credentials within 2 hours of purchasing greytHR application, if the purchase is done on a business day (Monday to Friday) within working hours (9:30 a.m to 6:30 p.m IST).
If you purchase greytHR in non-business hours or weekends, it might take up to 48 hours to receive the credentials.
Can I customize the domain URL of my greytHR account?
Yes. You can definitely customize your domain URL via a ticket request from within the application. Kindly note that domain URL is subject to availability.
How many admin users can I create in greytHR Wings Plan?
You can create a maximum of two admin users.
How can I update my company and employee information in the application?
Our Implementation team will guide you step by step to update the required information in the application.
I am new to greytHR application. Will you provide any training to help me get familiar with the application?
Yes. We conduct regular Live Training Sessions. During the live session, our in-house experts answer all the queries. You will be notified about the timings through an e-mail. You can register for the relevant or all the trainings and we will answer your queries.
Which are the recommended browsers for greytHR application?
Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge are the recommended browsers for using greytHR application.
Is greytHR available on Android Playstore and iOS App Store?
Yes. greytHR is available for Android and iOS mobile devices. You can download our application from the Android Playstore and iOS App Store.
Can you customize Payslips and Bank Transfer templates as per my requirement?
Yes. We can customize Payslips and Bank Transfer templates with nominal charges. You can raise a request through support tickets from within the application.
Currently, I am using another HRMS software. Is it possible to integrate the data via API from existing software to greytHR?
No. Though API integration is possible with greytHR, the greytHR Wings Plan does not cover API integration.
