Form 16 is a certificate issued by employers in India to their employees. It provides details of the salary earned, taxes deducted, and other allowances and deductions for the financial year.
Form 16 is issued in two parts - Part A, which is generated and downloaded from the TRACES portal by the employer, and Part B, which is prepared by the employer and contains details specific to the employee.
To upload the Part A file successfully in the greytHR application, you must ensure that the name and format of the Part A file remain as it was when you downloaded the file.
