A leave application is a formal request made by an employee to take time off from work. It typically includes the desired dates of leave, the reason for the request, and any supporting documentation if required.
To view the history of leave applications applied on behalf of an employee, the manager must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to Leave > Leave Apply. The Leave Apply page opens.
- Click the History tab to view the history of leaves applied by you on behalf of a team member.
- Click the ? arrow on the required leave application. The application expands and displays additional information.
- Click View Details to view more details of the selected leave application.
