In which file format can admin upload Form 16 Part A & Part B?

The admin can upload Form 16 Part A & Part B into a Zip file format. The Zip file format must contain the PDF file.

Use the following name format to name the PDF file:

1. Part A - PAN_Assessment year(YYYY-YY).pdf
   For example: If your organization’s PAN number is ALEOJ5809L, and the Assessment year is 2022 - 2023. You must name the PDF file as ALEOJ5809L_2022-2023.
2. Part B - PAN_PARTB_Assessment year(YYYY-YY).pdf
   For example: If your organization’s PAN number is ALEOJ5809L, and the Assessment year is 2022-2023. You must name the PDF file as ALEOJ5809L_PARTB_2022-2023.
