A letter requesting something on behalf of an employee typically means that someone is writing a letter to make a formal request or inquiry on behalf of an employee.
To withdraw the letter request raised on behalf of the employee, perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR ESS portal, navigate to Document Center. The Document Center page opens.
- Under Request, click View All. The Document Center / Letters page opens.
- Click the Request Letter tab. The Apply/Pending/History tab appears.
- Click the Pending tab. A list of pending letter requests appears.
- Click Withdraw. Alternatively, you can also click View Details and then click Withdraw.
