A letter requesting something on behalf of an employee typically means that someone is writing a letter to make a formal request or inquiry on behalf of an employee.

To reject the letter request applied on behalf of the employee, the manager must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to To Do > Review.  The Review page opens.
  2. Under LETTER, click Letter Requests. A list of pending requests appears.
  3. Select the required letter request card. The card expands.
  4. Click Reject to reject the letter request applied on behalf of the employee.
