How can admin mark claim template item as visible/hidden?

The Claim Templates page in greytHR helps you as an admin to configure various categories of claims as per your requirements. 


To mark a claim template item as visible/hidden, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings Claims Claim Template. The Claim Template page opens with a list of existing claim templates. 
  2. Select the required template. 
  3. Click the Edit icon on the required item row. A form appears. 
  4. Click the Items tab. A list of items appears. 
  5. Select/deselect the Visible checkbox to mark a claim template item as visible/hidden. 
  6. Click Save to mark claim template item as as visible/hidden.
